Hi, I’m Thierry Gernay, an IT professional with 26 years of hands-on experience in ICT Support L1,L2,L3, networks, infrastructure solutions.
My journey began in 1997 at NMBS (Belgian Rails) where I did the Y2K migration, then in the year 2000 started at Fluxys (Gas distributor), where I spent 19 years managing critical IT environments such as from:
- VIP support
- Crisis Rooms
- Auditoriums
- Meeting Rooms
- Advanced telecom
- Security Systems
I then took on the role of IT Office Manager at Ceres in 2024, overseeing network and security operations for two years.
Today, I combine my expertise as a Network & Security Specialist with my passion for helping SMEs and professionals optimize their IT infrastructure.
